All cancellations must be submitted by emails. Please send an email and provide the registrants full name, institution and order/invoice number if possible.
Name changes from the same institution for a registration (sending a replacement) may be made at any time and without a fee. Advance notice before 1 week is appreciated.
One registration is for one person. Multiple attendees may not share and swap one badge.
Occasionally conferences fill to capacity before the registration deadline date, so we encourage you to register early. Registration is not guaranteed /confirmed until payment is received in full.
MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY and WORLD TAMILS ECONOMIC FOUNDATION reserves the right to cancel any program.
MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY and WORLD TAMILS ECONOMIC FOUNDATION are not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents. MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY and WORLD TAMILS ECONOMIC FOUNDATION advises that you do not book your travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.

At least one month before the event start date, you will receive a full refund.
One week before the event start date, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 30% processing fee.
Less than one week before the event start date, you will not receive a refund.
